Nice, clean Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Perfectly located in the middle of Zermatt.
Very friendly staff and perfect location! My room was very spacious and the bed comfortable. I was able to take a shower at the spa after a day of skiing before getting on the train back to Zurich.

Perfect hotel for our zermatt holiday. We had a perfect stay. Amazing room, great service from hotel, pleasant experience. Until now, we wish we were here. Mornings with beautiful views, comfortable stay.

Overnight stop during our train excursion through Switzerland. Very helpful staff. Comfortable beds and courtesy transfer to train, (suggest a phone call). Wish we'd stayed longer.
It’s cute, but very old. No air conditioning or fans of any kind. I have no idea how this place lists themselves as four stars on some sites.
