The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The view from our room is looking straight at Matterhorn. The room is nice the bed is comfortable. The course menu are nicely done with great service (compare to most Swiss Hotel) The only 2 understandable down sides is the very dry air during the night and the smell of cigarettes from the group of people who still gathering at the deck after 11 pm.

Everything is perfect except for the spa, which is too small to the size of hotel
Hotel: Great service and warm welcome, the hotel is quite traditional but yet modern. Loved the ambience and the authenticity of it. The rooms are large and the view from the balcony is breaktaking. Restaurant: Also top-notch service, very attentive, friendly and warm waiters. The food is unbeatable and delicious. The cadre is also cozy and nice. A must visit!
This place was in series in The Night Manager with Hugh Laurie and Tom Hiddelston, it was amazing experience, beautiful hotel with amazing view. Hotel very clear with pool and others.
That was amazing experience visiting this hotel. Actually I wanted to visit famous toblerone mountain so i decided to celebrate my birthday here and it was really cool. The staff was really friendly. They upgrade for us the room and wish many happy returns of the day to me ( Congratulate me on Happy Birthday ). The SPA in hotel was small but in fact it was pretty good. I enjoyed it too. It is not 5 stars Relais & Chateaux like a lot of other but this is of the best 4 stars hotel and I couldnt find something bad or not good. All was perfect. Even the pianist in the restaurant played for me “Happy birthday music” and some Russian music ( I am Russian). The view from the hotel was really good. But i didnt understand about parking: we parked tge car in city Tasch and also went with the driver on minibus (there was only us in minibus and our luggage) to Zermatt and after that the hotel-taxi met us. If I don’t mistake we could get the Zermatt with out car. I saw a lot of various car here. But actually the road was too narrow to Zermatt from Tasch. And it was good that we park car in Tasch (and paid for privat parking 12 and 30 for taxi to Zermatt (one way)) Thank you for my birthday dinner and cake ( the cake was present from the hotel) If you have a doubt about visiting this hotel, be sure all - perfect, book it.
Great Matterhorn view from the terrace, right choice of different beverages in the upper price level.
Exerlent service staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely meals and nice rooms making your stay a wonderful experience.
