Zero hesitation in Recommending Lizzie from Zero Dry Time is a star - literally 5 star. At very short notice she came and assisted us with an issue affording us the most incredible level of care and attention. She fully explained everything she was doing including the outcome and left our Sofa & Armchair clean and fresh. She was very responsive regards communication & estimates, highly knowledgeable, flexible regards our timings and arrived on the dot as agreed. Lizzie did an incredible job on our cream carpets. She was professional and friendly throughout. And of course being a dry cleaning, we were able to use the rooms straight after. Would highly recommend to any one.
Lizzie has literally made our worn out old leather sofa look good as new, it's so much better than I ever expected she could get it to look! She also worked so efficiently and made no mess.
