Taiwanese style restaurant and bubble tea on Lonsdale. Great value especially for lunch as the bubble tea is half price with a set meal. The food is delicious. The salty fried chicken is crunchy and well seasoned and I especially liked the deep fried broccoli. Portions are good and the drinks are tasty. Well worth a visit if you're in the area.

Delicious bubble tea and food! I love going here, it's my go-to bbt place in North Van. Tea quality tastes great and there are lots of options. There is something that everyone can enjoy, even if they don't enjoy any actual teas or boba. Their food is great too, I recommend the salty peppery chicken it's seriously delicious. Always a treat going here, keep it up Zestea!!!
Amazing spot for really great bubble tea. Their mango icecream drink I haven't had anywhere else and is my favourite. Easily best bubble tea on the north shore. Their food is good too.

Best Bubble Tea/ Slush on the North Shore. They also offer good variety of Taiwanese food, which all taste pretty good. Nothing to complain about.
I like their chicken nuggets and rice, but I need to ask for less salty or else it's too salty for me. Fish fillet and the marinated pork dishes were good, but the beef stew dish is too sweet for me. Honestly, their dishes are quite unhealthy coz they're all mostly deep fried foods (even their veggies are deep fried). I love deep fried veggies but when the meat is already deep fried it can be a bit dry...They provide a little side of raw cabbage with onions...but I don't like it. I loved their bubble waffles but tonight was a total disappointment. I usually ordered it at lunch time and every time it was made perfectly. But tonight on Feb 11 at around 7pm, the bubble waffle I got was a fail! A lot of them are broken pieces :( and worst of all, I found some black and greenish bits inside the waffles...A sign that they were using a dirty waffle maker. They should not have served me that waffle and should have refunded my money when they don't have a staff who can make a proper bubble waffle.
Salty pepper chicken nuggets is superb and authentic. Bubble tea is North America style. Sundae is perfectThe only thing they need to improve urgently is the rice, obviously too hard.
Its okay. Quick and to the point service. Average food.
