Great hotel with beautiful view and good location. Walking distance to metro, cold stores, coffee shops, banks. Amazing staff at guest relations.

We enjoyed pretty much everything, other than two things: 1. The bathroom ventilation fan was not working properly, and it was a pain to have them fixed it , it took a long time for them to actually take actions. However, they provided free fruit plates as a way to compensate. 2. I called the dining services for an in-room delivery, they forgot it totally. Other than these, the rest are pretty satisfying.

This hotel is absolutely great. Every thing is good here. If you are looking for an affordable 5 star hotel, I recommend this one. 15 mins to Aksaray and Eminönü 15 mins to Atatürk airport. The employees are so kind and helpful, Mr. Ismail speaks Arabic perfectly and Ms. Kubra speaks English. The service is great. The pool and the gym are great.

Check in: When we first got into the hotel, they served us nice and polite. The hotel is not far away from the metro/tram, which is ideal. You have to walk 5-10 minutes from there and you're in the hotel. Don't let them make a copy of your passport, they don't have the rights to do it. Bring your own copies for safety reasons. The room: We had a superior room for two people. Generally, we are positive about the room. But there are some things to keep in mind before booking this hotel. First, it's pretty hot in the room when you first enter it. It's because of the sun, but you can easily fix this by turning the airco on. Beds were fine, mini bar was fine, tv was fine, locker was fine, etc. The bathroom was fine too, although i don't think it is for elderly people. To enter the bath or the shower, you have to step over a pretty high 'wall', which can be a struggle. Also, the toilet was a square, which isn't too comfortable to sit on in my opinion, and i think i share this opinion with alot of people. Nevertheless, room was fine for the price you pay. Breakfast/dinner: The breakfast was not so good. The jus d'orange tastes like water/lemonade poorly. Also, they don't have many food to offer in my opinion. Dinner was good, in this case, they had a lot to offer and it tasted good. There weren't many people eating when we were, so it was calm. The people working in the restaurant are polite, although they could improve their English. Dinner is not expensive. General: In general, definitely a chill place to stay for a couple of days, but I'd rather go for something else if you wanna stay here for a week or so. It's worth the five stars because we just spended 2 days in Istanbul, and it is just fine for 2 days. If i return to Istanbul in the future, this hotel is definitely a hotel I'd go back to.
