Best gym in this town, located in nice loft scenery - old fabric hall. Well equipped with friendly staff. The only downside in my opinion is lack of weightlifting platform. Magnesia is onboard and nobody's punished for using it ;]

I really love this place, it is one of the best gyms here - it is not too big and not too small, very clean and hygienic. They even have healthy food bar and fresh coffee. The service is very personal and the classes are adjusted to different levels of fitness. Totally recommended!

Jak dobrze jest wrócić ️
Miałem okazję poćwiczyć podczas pobytu w Zielonej Górze i skorzystać z jednorazowego wejścia w bardzo dobrej cenie 15 zł. Siłownia fajna, dość dobrze wyposażona (z minusów brak krótkiej sztangi) choć w porównaniu do poznańskich klubów fitness nieco mała. Plus za worek bokserski. Przydałoby się nieco więcej sprzętu mimo wszystko. Mocna czwórka :)
