We were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our order to arrive and it was over two months by the time it actually came. I called them several times, of which most of my calls went unreturned. When I did get ahold of someone they told me that the order was stuck in customs and should "be here in a day or two" (it took another month from then). When we finally received the order one of the pieces was broken. Not impressed.
