Called several times and person who answered hung up the phone, claimed they didn't speak English, and refused to talk to me. For a company who serves all guests, this seems ridiculous and rude. I later asked my travel agency to call them directly in English and they spoke to her with no problems. Sounds like a discrimination issue, and I really would not recommend this place.

We were with three people so often the rooms are very small, but at this hotel we had lots of space! The foods weren't very special, but not bad.

Wir können es wirklich nur weiter empfehlen. Service und freundlichkeit wird hier noch hoch bewertet und die Lage ist sehr schön. Ca 300m bis zum Strand. Und das Frühstück war auch jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker. Vielen lieben Dank
Hier gibt es die besten Schnitzel in ganz Deutschland. Die Qualität ist super. Aber auch die Fischgerichte sind sehr gut. Wir müssen jedesmal mindestens einmal dort essen.
Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert und es ist schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. Sehr ️licher Empfang, tolles und sauberes Zimmer und sehr gute Gastronomie. Nicht nur das Frühstück darf man auf keinen Fall verpassen, auch zum Abendessen sollte man hier einkehren! Auf unserer Rundreise durch Norddeutschland war das bis jetzt der schönste Aufenthalt!
