After a week in Zihua, we dropped off all of our clothing for 3 adults and 3 children. We picked it up the following day clean, folded, and packed in a plastic bag for less than 200 pesos. Delicates seem to be handled with care, but beware that everything else is dried in a very hot dryer! A few items shrunk considerably. We could not find a laundry service in Zihua that would provide same day service. If you need laundry back the same day, only a couple of machines are available for public use at Laundry Regadera. Also it cost me more to wash the towels and sheets myself than it did to get laundry done by someone else, but we didn't have extras at our rented condo so we couldn't leave them overnight. I had already bought some cheap towels to make it through the 1st week. If I were staying longer than another week, I would have bought more towels and sheets. That way, I could have avoided spending any of my time in beautiful Zihuatanejo doing my own laundry.
