A MUST if in Zihua! We not only stayed at the Suites, but the restaurant is TOP NOTCH! A Whole snapper.. cooked to perfection. trust them!!!

My wife & I have been going to La Escollera for about 12 years now and we absolutely love it. We always bring friends (and even tell people we don't really know about this wonderful place) and we've never had a bad meal, the service is friendly & relaxing, and the drinks are perfectly mixed...!!! They have the best views of Z, so get there 20-30 minutes before sunset for a romantic experience seeing Z in all its glory. The cab folks know where it is. Don't be surprised when you get there that there are only a few people at the restaurant - because its out of the way it's generally quite (for some reason tourists don't know to ask or look for it). But I guarantee that its first rate and a MUST...!!!
