I must say that Dr. Domrufus was extremely professional and understanding when I had my appointment today. I was quite nervous and my fears were immediately put at ease. I felt safe and confident to share my thoughts and feelings with the Doctor. Prior to my appointment, the staff members made it quite simple for me to send information over and complete the online forms. I'm happy that my Primary Care Physician recommended Ziks Health Services.

What a wonderful experience with Njideka Domrufus! I had been on Zoloft for almost 20 years and I was feeling stuck in a depression for about a year. With her help, we weaned off Zoloft and started something more effective. I would love to keep speaking with her but I’m moving out of state. She is so easy to talk with and very friendly. Highly recommend!

I see Dr. NJ over telemedicine from my home in Austin because private psychiatric care is arduous at best here. Dr. NJ has always been very available and helpful. She is thorough and we have adjusted my meds where I am able to work part-time again. One of my favorite doctors because she is easy to talk to and to understand. She takes interest in me as a person, not just my diagnostic codes. She is friendly and looks outside the box for ways to help me stabilize.

DR Domrufus is one of the best Dr's I've had in quite some time. She actually listens to me and doesn't spend the whole time typing notes like other Dr's did in the past. She has given me sound advice and has me on the right combo of meds to balance me out completely. If you are looking for an authentic DR ask for her.
