Stayed two nights. Hotel was clean and neat. The hosts were friendly even though we had to use body language and google translator throughout! The room was cozy and warm. Shower is small and had shared bathroom but clean and well maintained. View from the room, stayed in the top floor, was beautiful. Definitely a great price. Perfect location- close to the supermarket, bus stop and the cable car station. No elevator but only three floors so not difficult to manage. Breakfast was humble but service was fast and attentive.

Simple place with basic room. We booked on the wrong date and had the chance that they where very flexible, so we could stay the night. Great value for the money. The breakfast was great.
Really nice staff, they tried to make everything we asked for possible. Very flexible and friendly. No Skiroom available. more vegetarian dishes would be great.

It is one of my favorite places. The staff are welcoming, professional & efficient. The food there is savory & affordable. Every dish I ate was a gift to my palate. The place is dainty & cozy. Amazing view from most places. I have been to the hotel on various occasions & I think that it is one of the best places in Zinal.
Simple, clean, cousy rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great view from the window and very close to supermarket and sports store.
