Our entire experience last month, with Popworld was amazing, such a great night! It's an easy process to book an area with drinks packages. We arrived a bit later than planned but the security and staff were great at getting us set up. A huge shoutout to all staff, they were great. The music is great, perfect place for a dance and a laugh with friends.

The drinks took half an hour to get and I was only able to get 3 rounds the whole night. The dance floors are very small and over populated. Music was average, pretty much just playing the radio.

Poor hygiene standards, all the cups on our booth were filthy, some with dried pepsi from the night before (clearly just been thrown back onto tables after use the previous opening night), another with cigarette ash and a rolling paper stuck on the inside. Staff couldn’t be bothered to set up payment on their device on arrival so had to leave the party stood waiting whilst we walked to get cash out. 1.75l of vodka with two small jugs of coke and lemonade, didn’t cover even one mixed drink each for a group of 13 people leaving guests to drink vodka neat. Was given extra after multiple guests complained, but all round a poor customer service journey & definitely recommend revisiting health & hygiene practices, even more so with current government guidelines.
Can't wait for this club to open! I loved Moo Moo's but it definitely needed some tlc!
