Working with Arrow was a great experience. We had hail and wind damage from a large storm at the beginning of the pandemic. Nate and his team were ready to help almost as soon as I requested a quote. They navigated the home owners insurance claim process for us and advocated on our behalf for almost a year straight until our claim was approved. Once approved our house’s siding was removed and replaced in a matter of a couple days. The crew was courteous and cleaned up afterwards nicely. Alongside their high quality of work, their customer service was second to none. Several times Nate stopped by to check up on things as well as go over the process. I would recommend these guys to anyone, any day.

I have worked with Nate Holmes on two separate occasions for roofs on my rentals. Each time, was a pleasant enjoyable experience. Not only was Nate extremely professional, but he was helpful and pleasant. The first job was completed quickly and expertly. The 2nd time I called Nate was because the shingles were inferior on another rental which had been roofed just two years prior (not by Nate and Arrow). Not only did Nate guide me through the process on working with the shingle company, but he went out of his way to help me provide the required information, photos, etc. to make the claim with the shingle company. Because of his assistance, the roof was replaced at very little cost to me. Thanks, Nate, for going out of your way to make both roofing experiences pleasant. I have already recommended you to my friends.
Great company. I asked for an estimator to come check out my roof this summer because my kitchen ceiling was leaking. Nate came out the very next day. He informed me the leak was coming from my chimney and that there was some other spots I wasn’t aware of that had hail damage and said he recommended me call my insurance company and have them come out but also recommended he be there at the same time so they didn’t try to get out of it. Nate and the insurance adjuster were out the next week together and I went from getting a patch job out of pocket to a new roof due to the hail damage I wasn’t even aware of! He was out the next week with his team and it was a good thing the roof was replaced because below the roof due to the leaks all the exterior wood was rotting and could have fell in at any moment. Him and his team fixed the leak in chimney, replaced the roof, all boards of the exterior around the gutters and the gutters in one days time. The clean up was A and the yard was cleaner than it was before they arrived. If it weren’t for Nate I have my doubts that anyone else would have went from an out of pocket chimney leak expense to an entirely new roof, gutters, chimney fix, and fascia board for free! Outstanding job and I will recommend Nate and arrow construction to anyone in need.
