I inquired about about a home that I was in LOVE with, I called the realtor directly, his voicemail was full. So I thought maybe I'd call the pffice and leave him a message, my call was answered by a lady named Deb, she was completely rude, did not take my message and told me to try calling the realtor directly as she seemed to forget she was the person on call for the office, so my realtor contacted the realtor for Carpenter and he acknowledged that he saw my 2 attempts to get in touch with him and was going to contact me eventually......poor services and I hadn't even toured the property yet, I most definitely wouldn't recommend this realty firm at all
