Kent was wonderful to work with and his installer (Kevin) was very skilled, personable, and did a fabulous job. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 for the rating was I had to repeatedly correct our address with the store, and even after doing so, the installers were sent to our old address. Even the invoice (after making the correction a third times) went to the old address and I had to call to get a new one sent to the correct address. But, I love my new floor!

We did not have a good experience with this company. The installers started tearing out the carpet in the wrong room. Thankfully they were stopped before it went too far. When I complained to the salesman that the new carpet color wasn’t even close to correct he told me he was sure it was right and the manufacturer must have changed the color. I cannot recommend this company. Responding to the owner: 5 years old and dirty. That response fits with your complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

Josh Williams of JW Flooring, subcontractor to Claghorn Custom Floors, did a marvelous job on refinishing 1,200 feet of floors. They added an additional 200 feet of new hardwood and then finished all of these contiguous floors perfectly. The grain just “pops” and the satin finish is very comfortable. They did it in a very tight time frame from access to painters arriving and it looks great. Nice job.
