Love their sandwiches but I can not seem to get them made right at least with online orders. Now two in a row have been wrong. And today I even called to confirm exactly what I wanted and still did not get it right! I did not get pickles, pepper relish or bacon. Bacon is included in the sub! I asked for the others as additions and they were not in the bag. They did leave off the mayo, vinegar and salt like I asked. So I don't get it. It is written down so why is that hard to follow? Disappointed in that but my food was still good. Thus my rating. Somehow you all need to get it the way it is requested.

The sandwich are soooo good, I received a coupon for my birthday for a free sandwich and a drink, can beat that. Make sure you sign up for their rewards. Great customer service!! I love their sandwiches
