Very disappointed. Daughter had to cancel their wedding reception due to the major restrictions the facility enforced. Ridiculous to make people remain seated in assigned seats and not be able to get up unless to go to the bathroom. Also, no conversation other than those that happen to be at the same table. No dancing at all (no first dance for couple or father/daughter dance). Since my daughter and her new husband will be traveling with the military, they could not postpone the reception to a later date, especially because it had to be the same exact day of the week as the original date. Palomino refused to refund their deposit even though the event was cancelled two months prior to the anticipated date. We found another location and had a wonderful time allowing us to carefully practice good social distancing without such rigid restrictions. Will never recommend

Very unorganized during event and food was not good... not impressed. Go elsewhere.
Food was good, but food took a long time. Not sure if this is because of the event we had, the choices of food, or what. Their waiters and waitresses were friendly and stayed busy. The venue was very nice, overall it was a great experience, we had a wonderful time. I would have stayed for the whole event (left \early\) if we had not waited two hours to eat.
We really enjoyed working with the Palomino. Deanna & Jaelah were awesome! They made you feel calm and relaxed and comfortable about all of the details of your reception! They wrote out a very detailed day-of timeline that helped reassure me of what exactly was going to be happening. We met both in person and over the phone. The bride and groom get to attend a tasting event for free so you can try out multiple different foods that they cater. There are so many options for decorating, table decor, lighting, colors, and more - you can make the venue look like however you want! We received multiple compliments about the reception venue. We loved the bar area as well as the outdoor patio - it was so nice for guests to be able to go outside for some fresh air! Overall, we were just so thankful for how flexible the Palomino was and how adaptable they were to our requests! Would definitely recommend them!
The Palomino was everything I wanted and more. Deanna was our wedding coordinator through the venue and she was amazing. She helped make the day a zero stress day beyond the day of jitters! They make sure the day is everything you want and more. Food was delicious, decor was great, and everything ran so smoothly. I don't have one bad thing to say. They offer a variety of packages and are very affordable. I recommend them with 100% confidence.
