After using ADT for 8 years we switched to Shield. ADT kept increasing rates. After some research I contacted Shield. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to anyone looking for home security.
After using ADT for 20 Years in our previous home, we decided to go with SHIELD in our new home. SHIELD are extremely dependable (showed up on time), respectful (masks, covered feet) , efficient ( fast installation and user training ) Don’t fall for ADTs “free” installation! You will need additional upgrades to get what you need PLUS ADTs monthly monitoring is much more. Check out SHIELD.!
My wife and I shopped around for a security system and found most companies did not listen to what my families needs were and what we wanted and tried to up-sell us without knowing anything about what we wanted. We also looked into the do-it-yourself security systems and found that most were a one size fits all system that did not work for our concerns. I found SHIELD from an online search and after reading several outstanding reviews gave Art a call to scheduled an appointment to evaluate our home. Art and his team we on-time, professional and honest. We sat down and Art asked us questions about what we were looking for and laid out several options. We then walk around our house and he pointed out different options on how we could secure our house. He never tried to up-sell or push us into a higher priced option. He laid out different options and allowed us to choice what we thought worked best for us. His team ordered the equipment and came back for the install. They again asked our opinion on placement of each piece of equipment and informed us where it would work best. Art then sat down with us and went through the system and made sure we understood how it operated. When Art and his team left our house they left it cleaner than when they started. I would highly recommend Art and SHIELD to protect your home.
I have been using Shield for 8 years personally. Because of the great service and support, we have decided to use them at work. They were very quick to do the install and explained everything in detail. I highly recommend using them.
