I’m so happy that I found this company! The staff was friendly and so helpful with everything. The most important thing was that they worked quickly, used masks, and social distance practices. I’m pleased to say that there was no damage to my belongings or either property. Once they arrived I didn’t have to lift a finger they packed up my entire kitchen and a crazy closet. They covered everything with blankets and shrink wrap and moved me out. I will use this company again in the future. This was the stress free route to moving. The price was fair I definitely got what I paid for and I felt in control of what I spent. They listened to my needs and delivered the results I deserved.

I used Zip moving for an office move and was very pleased with the service. They were very quick and tackled a very difficult task of having to take apart and put back together 2 very large and heavy phone booths that we had. I thought those 2 items would each take hours but they were wonderful and got that part of the move done in under 2 hours. I will definitely keep zip moving in mind for my next move either professionally or personally.

I would not recommend this company. We moved from Louisiana from Georgia and our weight was very close to the estimate. The truck was too small and we had to leave some of our items (grill) b/c they could not fit on the truck and strap mattresses and box springs to the outside of the truck. Besides that we were charged for packing of some of our furniture that was disassembled and communicated to be included in the price. We had extra charged for both packing service as well as materials even though we had our own boxes left. We moved across state lines before and had much better experience. Update: Petar, I filed the claim for the furniture damaged during move over 2 weeks ago and have not received any information about it. Not even automated email that it was received. I was contacted by your team during the move about additional charges but had no luck in explaining the issues and at the end I was charged for everything. Hopefully someone follows up about these things somewhere else besides here.
