Joel and Phil were just the best! Also the office manager whose name I didn’t get, but was super friendly and great. (Cute dog too!) Easy going and professional, they helped me through the whole buying and financing process and never made me feel rushed. Got the car I had been searching for for the price I wanted, and it was hands down the easiest and best car buying experience I’ve ever had. A true dream! It’s a family business and I felt well taken care of— chatting with them was a pleasure too.

Joel over at ZipStar was wonderful. He treated us like family when we first walked in the door. I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester with less than 120k miles on it -- all the required maintenance was done on the car and it was priced very fairly. The check engine light came on within a week and when I called Joel and their mechanic, they took care of the issue immediately, no questions asked. Highly recommend this business because of their quality, trustworthy customer service. Great job, Zipstar -- thank you for such a wonderful car buying experience!
