I'm in disbelief! Online package notification says \delivered and signed for by (me)\ on 22 Dec 2020 but package never delivered or signed by me. Followup call - very nice service member said that he'll get back to me as soon as he has any information; 4 days later no update. Then on the phone for customer \service\ for 18 minutes, their line hangs up; then 17 minutes, hangs up again; next day, after entering 'package information (11 digit#), hangs up saying mailbox full! Drove to the local GLS dispatch center in Zirl; can't get in! No office, no nothing. This can't be real for such a large company! Then I look here? Nightmarish messages! My son saved 200 of his own money (was NOT easy!) to order this time and 8 days after said delivery date, no package in sight, no update, no phone call, no way of reaching them! I run a business and have 3 children - so really have NO TIME to be sitting by the phone for days!!

Absolutely horrible service!! According to them \the parcel is stored in the parcel center. It cannot be delivered as further address information is needed.\ If I try to modify the shipment details the answer is that they cannot find yhe parcel. The same status from Friday last week. This is simply not true. They have my address perfectly written. I checked the tracking information several times. It is also very hard to reach the customer service.
An absolute disgrace! They are claiming I was absent when they tried to deliver my parcel. Which is simply a lie! I was waiting in my apartment for the entire morning until suddenly the tracking site said \the parcel could not be delivered because the recipient was absent\. It is impossible to even call the local parcel center of GLS because they refuse to publish any local phone number for a quick check. Calling the hotline is of course absolutely useless. Try to avoid this company! It angers me that I have to give even one star because of Google's rating system. They do not even deserve that!

Very bad delivery service.
Absolutely irresponsible postal company! Parcels are not delivered to the recipient, they prefer to leave them in the Parcel shop at the same time do not leave written notifications that the parcel has arrived. The employees are mostly foreigners and they probably don't know German well enough to write a parcel notice. Want to save your nerves, time and money forget about GLS!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!
