I use mailboxde.com all the time, never had a problem. Reading some of the negative reviews makes me think the problem is in the crazy customers, not mailboxde.com.
It took a bit to figure out how the website works but it's fit for its purpose :) Great support and reasonable prices. Consolidation works very well. Now I can enjoy products from DM and Amazon in Qatar. Shipping speed depends on the parcel services but that is how it is . Goods are professionally packed in a strong box.
I can highly recommend their services. I have used their parcel forwarding several times over the years and have been satisfied each time. They allow you to solve the problem with foreign shipment from stores that do not offer it. It is also useful when amazon.de does not offer shipping to your country. Shipment handling is extremely fast. If someone cares about time, their package can be shipped even on the same day it was collected. Their website is unattractive and may not be very intuitive the first time. However, it does the job and allows you to properly manage your shipments.
This service is awesome. Quick and very, very professional. Within 2 minutes of the parcel arriving in their warehouse, I received an update from them and while I just missed their 2pm sending window, the parcel was forwarded the next day, again with very clear information. I will definitely use again if needed. Once comment on the 1-star reviews here: It's super refreshing to see how quickly mailboxde responds and tries to recitify or clarify. Very clearly most of the 1 star reviewers had misunderstood something about how the system works.
