I had a very positive experience with Cosmos Values. I was stuck in France during this sale and Frau Wisler team took care of absolutely everything for me. The photos taken of the flat were extremely good. We soon had several offers. I was given very intelligent advice about how to deal with these offers. Once we found a buyer, Frau Wisler managed the sale in an extremely professional manner. I was unable to come to Switzerland due to Covid lockdown restrictions and therefore Frau Wisler, through power of attorney, managed the whole exchange. Subsequent to that Frau Wisler gave me valuable advice on how to deal with admin and capital gains topics. Overall I could not be happier about how the sale was managed by Frau Wisler and her team.
