Momma Joy

Dr. Castillo is a great dentist. My daughter has dental problems due to some health factors and has had a lot of dental work. He stays patient and calm with the kids in the process of uncomfortable dental procedures. (Let's face it, no kids like having their teeth worked on.) My daughters have gone here for over 8 years. I highly recommend it. I will point out there are some hygienists that are better than others. You never know which you are going to get as I have never been able to request a specific hygienist. But most are good.

Both of my boys went today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! The office was clean the staff were very friendly and my children left comfortable and excited to come back. Will be recommending this office to all of my friends and family. Both of the dental assistants that help us today were wonderful (I just wish I did a better job of remembering their names because they were great)! It was my 2 year olds first time ever to a dentist and Dr. Castillo was very sweet and gentle. Fantastic experience all around!

If I could leave more stars ️ I would. My 5yo was anxious about her dental exam, but Chaundra quickly made her relax by showing her exactly what she was about to experience. She showed & explained the X-ray machine, how it works, dentist coming to see her, etc. (and had cute natural curly hair, which my daughter could relate) Our 10 year old was in great hands with Jessica as well. She worked a couple rooms down so I was able to be there with both of the kiddos. The doctor & front desk staff were pleasant as well. Great experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back. Jessica really made our visit wonderful. She was very sweet with my 4 year old daughter and really put her at ease in every step of her cleaning. Dr. Castillo never talks down to us and always includes my daughter in conversation.
