An epic food journey, every dish had ingredients from the garden, the chef has an excellent feeling for textures and taste pairing. The service was excellent. I enjoyed the wines (mostly a German selection, and surprisingly good), my wife had the custom non alcoholic cocktails, all where exquisite combinations with the dishes.

Loved the restaurant. Lots of vegetables, all fresh. Meat and fish were also really good but don't come here if you want loads of it. Vegetarian option is almost same but without meat or fish (a bit disappointed for that)

13 gangen - 3 ingrediënten. De chef bedenkt hoe hij het hoofdingrediënt op zijn best brengt en heeft daarvoor, behalve zichzelf, niet veel nodig. De setting: een strak kader, de gezelligheid vul je zelf in. De sappen: uitdaging verzekerd. De wijnen: vanuit een passie in Duitse wijnen, meer puur en zuiver volgens de gastvrouw. De gerechten: eenvoud die soms écht verrast!

Stijlvolle inrichting (less is more!). Genoten van heerlijke gerechtjes vol met pure smaken en aroma's. Correcte en zeer vriendelijke bediening TOP.
