On the Camino de Santiago, got to Zubiri and there were no beds. Called Fermin. He Said one hour, he was very busy. 2 hours later, another person shows up and calls for a ride the other way. She was picked up in 15 minutes. In his defense he was taking 4 people that way and only me the other way. But he could have told me up front or kept me informed.
