Pretty classic European style Italian/Mediterranean restaurant. Their specials are good. Pretty standard menu. Good service, they serve the regulars first. Good, solid, no-surprises place.

I am traveling for work, I had been trying to book a week long stay as close to Hohenfels as I could get. Unfortunately most of the "more popular" choices on the area where taken and booked solid... Through chance I happened upon Zum Weißen Rössler.. i was hesitant at first, but I booked it anyway. I arrived about 3 hours early to the regular posted check in time, and was greeted by an amazingly nice and receptive employee/owner, I was given my key and made my way to my "apartment room". The pictures provided didn't do this room any justice, it is a very large apartment, with bedroom, bathroom and small kitchen and a large living/sitting room. It included a desk so that I can work and a beautiful view out of the windows. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and I look forward to the rest of my stay. Unfortunately the restaurant downstairs is closed on Tuesday, but I will definitely check it out as soon as it opens up

Ich esse ab und zu nur hier aber bin bis jetzt immer zufrieden, von der bestellung am Telefon bis zu abholung alles im Zeitfenster. Die Gastwirtin stets gut gelaunt und sehr freundlich. Diese Pizzeria würde ich jedem empfehlen der hier vorbeikommt!

Zimmer, sprich Appartements sind sehr sauber, Frühstück ist Standard gemäß. Es riecht sehr nach Pizza, da mediterran gekocht wird und die Wirtin könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Gar kein Stern wäre das Beste doch leider geht das nicht! Sind gestern in die Gaststube die Bedienung uns weder begrüßt und uns komplett ignoriert! Als sie dann nach Ewigkeiten kam, brachte Sie die Speisekarte und Gästeregistrierung hatte keine Getränke aufgenommen und ist sofort wieder verschwunden! Als meine Mutter und ich sie mehrmals ruften kam ein genervtes Moment. Sind daraufhin aufgestanden und gegangen! Nie wieder so eine Frechheit der Laden außerdem uralt und heruntergekommen!
