I really appreciated the follow up by Dane, the new Used Car manager on my possible trade-in. He provided me a better offer for my trade in than I previously received and kept me in the loop on new inventory that was coming available on used Wranglers. Once I got to the dealership, I was handed off to Willie Young. Great energy and very professional, but I found his vehicle (specifically Jeep Wrangler) knowledge was not very good. I would recommend that all the sales personnel be trained on basic knowledge of the vehicles /makes & models that the dealership represents. I realize a sales person can't know all the ins and outs of every make/model of vehicle, but if you work at a Jeep dealership, you should be a subject matter expert on that product. Willie did follow up with me the day after my purchase. I appreciated that!

Great experience. On our way from Duluth to Iowa City, fully loaded with kids and bikes etc. Suddenly had car trouble and pulled off in Zumbrota. Eide got us in immediately and had us back on the road within an hour. Super friendly and fair pricing. Thanks!

After a year of looking for the right vehicle, I finally found THE ONE. I injured about it on Eide's website and quickly got a response, called on it the next day and through a few text messages with Liliana and a call from Dane I had a good deal made in a day. I made the 3.5hr drive to the dealership on a Saturday and Liliana and Brody got us in and out in no time with a full tank of gas and freshly washed truck. One of the owners even came out to thank us before we left. Very nice place. Very nice people. Very good service.

Eide provided us great service! Ran a full diagnostic report on my vehicle after noticing a leak. They got me in quick, call evening of one night and we're able to get me in the next morning. All staff were very kind and helpful. They gave me a loaner car for the day and gave updates every step of the way. Was very impressed!
