Airport Zurich is probably the most organized and cleanest airport I’ve ever been (and I’ve been on over 100). The airport self is nice structured and you have many many shops for souvenirs and other stuff like clothes, jewelers, etc.

Airport Zurich is probably the most organized and cleanest airport I’ve ever been (and I’ve been on over 100). The airport self is nice structured and you have many many shops for souvenirs and other stuff like clothes, jewelers, etc. 2 things are very surprising for such airport: 1. There aren’t a lot of shops where I can buy water or drinks during the transit (maybe COVID related) 2. As EU citizen I forgot Switzerland is not in the EU and additional roaming cost letting your mobile bill explode (my fault - I didn’t think about it. 109 for 45min stay in Switzerland are a lesson). The best would be to have warning signs for less informative people like me :)
I was there for a quick layover at 8am on a Sunday. Not a lot was open at that time plus pandemic but it wasn't packed and my flight wasn't canceled. The airport was clean and easy to navigate. There was no ground transportation but I was able to get from one terminal to another in about 20 minutes walking. I wouldn't mind having a stop over here again.
Very poor orientation and information. Lost and found services inexistent. Assistance for checking and boarding super poor. Doesn't reflect the reputation of the city. If you can avoid it please do. Take a train or pass by another airport, needs lot of improvement and trained staff on client oriented skills.
Love this airport! It is always squeaky clean and exceptionally well decorated. The shops are really top notch. Arrivals was a little tricky as tye terminals are unconventionally named Arrival 1; and Arrival 2. The airline (United Airlines) listed the wrong arrival. Both are just a short walk from each other.
Almost everything is closed, but it is nice and clean.
Airport with a shopping mall, clothing shops, a food court, 2 supermarkets, hairdressers, etc. You can find almost everything. Highly recommended
The \perfect size\ airport. Very well connected, but manageable size so you don't spend ages walking from one end to the other. Love it.
