Purchased a product on the web. It was in stock. Paid for 3 day shipping since it was a Saturday figured I would receive it Wednesday. Took four days! Only a day more just keep in mind what shipping you pay for. I’ll just order from Thoroughbred Diesel on the next purchase.

Very friendly and helpful with purchase. so FIVE STAR getting you to purchase. Customer support or Technical service is the worst i have ever experienced. Very rude and snotty. They have NO instructions, for the EGR Duramax LML EGR delete . Had to go to Sinister Diesel site to DL instructions. WORST TECHNICAL SERVICE EVER!
