I had made an appointment days ahead, and had described when making the appointment exactly which repair I needed. Apple Store confirmed my appointment, but when I got to the store they said they couldn't do the repair I had asked about due to hygiene restrictions. Now I understand that certain things can't be done right now, that's not my complaint. My complaint is that I had described exactly what I needed before, they confirmed the appointment, had me travel to Zürich, only to tell me once I got to the store that they couldn't do what I had asked beforehand -- instead of telling me ahead of time and canceling my appointment. That's terrible customer service.

The Store was Open only for technical purposes..for purchase only online, but the services is very fast, max 2 days you revive your products!

The (to me) new appointment system works better than the previous standing in line and wait approach. Once inside you get an Apple employee standing next to you at all times. Two sides to this: The personal attention is nice, and even though they are very discreet and really not overbearing, the antisocial me just wants to look at hardware in peace.

Super busy, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, can’t even see any equipment (not talking about touching anything, even seeing is too much to ask). I will certainly not return and reconsider switching back to Mac, at least with windows computers one does not need to thank their employees for letting you buy something.

Always had the best service, both efficient and very polite staff. Been in the store with an iPhone issue and defect AirPods and had free of charge and very useful service/advice regarding both. Also not recommended but went both times without an appointment and never had to wait long. Best apple store I’ve been to in Europe.

The experience is not the same. Blame it on the Corona. Gone are the days when one could spend uninterrupted time with Apple Products and satisfy all their curiosity. It’s almost impossible to check-out the products when an Apple staff is always on your head and keeps you engaged in conversation. Feels like a sub standard store experience of the past.
