A tow-truck was called to move my car and was forced to pay CHF 270 by their receptionist who dint have any clue about their current guest(Good way to welcome their guests!!). This happens even after calling them a day before to ensure the parking place. Was informed that it will be available with payment of certain amount, no mention of pre-booking. On the day of check-in no one present at the reception, unmanned check-in(No mention of it either during the call). Car was parked in empty space right at the entrance. No guidance/concern to the new customer who come there without any knowledge. You are left to your own, no security. According to their response below, if you are late by 30 min for checkout they will charge you. (Thank god!! I informed them about our late checkout).

Luxury apartments in great locality situated near Zurich lake and the city center. All rooms are equipped with television and with double bed. Bathroom and kitchen are comfortable as well. Near the apartments are many shops and restaurants and the tram stop. Great choice to stay in Zürich for reasonable price.

It was a great promise. They even scheduled myntime of arrival with me. But even so the apartment was not ready and I had to wait for more than an hour. And what's worse is that they changed my location on the spot, even though I specifically asked for the Lindenstrasse place. I ended up in the main location, on top.of a busy street, with non stop traffic, including that of a tram. Obviously this is extremely noisy, even at the middle of night, and not so suitable for a family with small kids who wake up in the middle of the night. And they didn't even offer a compensation, and still charged me the price of my original, more expensive, room. Too bad for all of this, because otherwise this could have been a positive experience. The room itself was very nice, but the experience will drive me back to using hotels
