Hi Daniel Good to google you, this time it is me, and I fully support Jan in his feedback, although I have a slightly different experience with Dart. I referred them a candidate whom they successfully placed to their own benefit but never bothered to even call me to say thank you. They arranged a couple of interviews for me in the past but luckily these didnt work out (one is a bank undergoing restructuring, the other potential employer left her company within a couple of months after that). Last time I called Dart I received a lecture on how busy they are and how they have no time at all to talk to me and eventually suggested a slot a week later. Seems they reserve their client-orientation and professionalism (if there is any) for companies, and with candidates they do speak in an arrogant and condescending tone.
I had a very good experience with Hana. Very professional, nice people. The process was fluid and efficient.
Horrible company, very arrogant attitude towards candidates. Do not return phone calls, have no time to condescend. Too many awards have made them very arrogant. Avoid them at any cost. There are other, much better executive search companies around.
