Dieci is great. One of my favorite deliveries and Pizza in general. But they made a mistake and delivered me a cold pizza. After 20 min a steaming wonderful pizza was delivered to me. Mistakes can happen but it's about how you make up for them ️ Thanks, Dieci!
We order 2 picas. One pica was mostly black and for other pica there was missing parts. Do not recomend this place. Also delivery time was not what they said, but longer.
1st time the pizza arrived really fast. 5 minutes before actual delivery time. The second time everything went wrong what could have gone wrong. The pizzeria owner called me to excuse the bad service we received and gave us a refund. I am looking forward to get the first time service again on the next order.
Delivery was quicker than expected. Delivery guy wasn't friendly (didn't say a word). The pizza was warm at best, not as hot as I usually get it from other restaurants. Then the quality was average, could have more taste, spices. All in all this wasn't what I expected from Dieci - seems overrated.

I preordered my pizza for pick up and it was on time. The service was unpleasant and the taste of the pizza is ok, but nothing outstanding.
