I have worked directly with Emil Frey ZRH Nord to purchase a brand new Volvo, as well as to give my Jeep Cherokee as part of the deal. I have to say that in terms of Customer Service, I have never been so well treated in Switzerland. I take my hat off to Mr. Ralph Thelen, he was always present since the beginning of the whole process, either for the leasing, the car & equipment choice, the car manufacturing to shipping to delivery.
