Often when I order some clothes or shoes they are used / tested / wore already. Possibly they were tried before by somebody, however for me this is not acceptable as I use insoles. I asked if they can somehow 'mark' shoes as tested / used for a short while, but no help in this topic. I have spent hours on returning 6 pairs up to this day before I have decided to buy shoes from Zalando.

Worst experience ever with an online shop! I will never ever order something from Galaxus in my life again! Not only did they get my order wrong, but I am still waiting for my right order after 3 weeks. No communication, no answers, nothing! The order I paid in advance is still undelievered! And I'm talking about a few hundred francs!!

Ordered 3 items, all with delivery on the next day. The order is already delayed 2 days, no information from Galaxus, no apologies, compensation, nothing. All I have is a Swiss post link that says "Package recorded by sender" for 2 days already.

I had a bad case with a recent return. When you order you get the item quickly, when you use the warranty you don't get updates and things are slow. This is not focusing on the customer ... :(

Pretty bad experience. They gave me the wrong comp on mistake. Then told me I would have to bring it back or pay a bunch of money. Very little in form of retribution. I don't suggest them if you can use someone else.
