Always a nice place to be. Big variety to choose and most of the time not crowded so you can enjoy your shopping or even to just take a look around.

Icy cold salespeople, especially in men’s ground floor. Sadly this is normal shopping in Switzerland but for these prices you should expect a bit better.

Terrible experience in the restaurant on the top floor - manager refused to seat me and my child, then made us wait 30 minutes for a table where there were tables free (hoping we would leave - I waited as it was raining outside and my 3 year old daughter was due her lunch), then he refused to serve us a drink and ignored my request to order a drink for my 3 year old daughter. He then proceeded murmur a racist comment under his breath directed at me and my daughter. I immediately left, I later informed my husband. My husband then called the Head Office to complain, he was promised the GM would call back, but he never did. Our calls have been ignored since. I will never go back there!
