Don’t get insured with them! It’s Worth paying a little more for a proper insurance! They are Terrible. They just gave me a Betreibung from February, even though I have called them periodically (because they send sporadic bills) to ask if any bills are open. They always said no. It also took several phone calls to get a proof of insurance (in order to travel) from them, imagine to get anything else. Also, Haven’t gotten a person on the phone that speaks proper German or English. Will try to get out of Contract ASAP.

Groupe mutuel gets a bad press online but the organization as a whole has been very helpful to me. I found them fairly efficient and uncomplicated in the claim process. You just need to use the online channels and it becomes seamless.
Unglaubliche freche und abzocker bedürftige firma. They hang up in the middle of a call, wont pay you back bills you paid even though they should. Make you fill out so many paperwork that you almost give up beforehand. Please stay away from this really really bad company groupe mutuel.

The worst company ever... They think everybody is stupid. -Payments are untraceable, web site is useless addministration is slow and low quality. I ask them to send me account statement from the begining of my contract at least 3 or 4 times(2017 04..) and they keep sending only from 2018. and if I ask they act like im stupid and dont understand it has been send already.. -They always promess you someone will call back but thats barely happening. - My family joined me a couple month later and I've said that to them I will need a joined account but they never mentioned they do not have family package.. It's shame the Swiss goverment letting a company act like this with costumers because they pay big taxes.
I wish i never singed a contract with this company...never picking up the telephone but issuing bills and requesting additional money for services are great!!
Daylight rubbery, Worst insurance company in Switzerland, I regret being their customer, they tried as much as they can to don't pay the invoices and you know what they know how to trick you and make a lot of paper work that you never manage to get your money back , Please never ever sign a contract with this company.
