It helped that we knew what we wanted as the sales guy was more keen to push the stuff displayed in the shop. Reasonably friendly , not overly helpful. The 10-11 week wait seems excessive but we had high hopes. The call from the delivery firm came on week 8. The delivery firm were superb. Great guys. Super friendly and efficient. Would I use HolzConnection again? Yes - if I know exactly what I want :-)

we should have read the reviews ....................all the stuff in the show room (in Zurich) looks lovely and we really wanted to support someone other than IKEA however...... we bought a lamp and the shade was damaged, (as was the one on display)....it was replaced a month or so later....we bought two book cases....the vertical wood is bent (which an inspection at the factory would have picked up)...and now we have to run around sending the guy at the shop pictures and have to once again wait for decent quality to arrive ....all for the princely sum of over CHF 2,000!We were going to buy a new bed.....I guess this one will be coming from Ikea!!
Nice design but very poor service
Achtung Gauner. Lattenroste nicht geliefert, weigern sich für eine Rückerstattung. Unfreundliche Leute. Qualität ist auch eher schlecht für den Preis.
Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht und nicht zu empfehlen. Zuerst Produktionsfehler im Holz, dann falsche Abmessungen und Produkt nicht brauchbar. Kundendienst antwortet, aber passiert nichts...
Wir haben uns von der Holzconnection sehr gut beraten gefühlt und sind zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis. Hier bekommt man individuell angepasste Möbelstücke, die, in unserem Fall, unser Wohnzimmer bereichern werden. Wir kamen mit präzisen Vorstellungen, Dank sehr guter Expertise hat das Endergebnis unsere Erwartungen noch um einiges übertroffen. Vielen Dank an das liebe Team!
