Fixed my problem for a Xiaomi Mi9 . The charger was dusted, and hence not working anymore. They did not charge anything at all or try to sell any other service. Perfect customer experience.

One of only two places in CH that could fix my pixel 2. Unfortunately the screen was chipped and there was damage around the sim card tray. Also only took cash which was a little problematic. Otherwise very friendly and very quick

Real human beings work here. I had a problem with my xs max i phone software update and the guy there resolved it in just half an hour. He was very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this shop!!!

Have I ever given a good review for a mobile repair shop? No Do I recommend iTek for repairing mobile phones. Definitely Yes! Had a great experience. Keerthi explained the exact problem and fixed it in a minute or so. Never been more delighted with any service before. Fantastic work! Highly recommend.
