After about 6 months after buying new Skoda Octavia, it happened to me that sunroof was not closing. I went to J.H. Keller as warranty issue. After check they told me I do not clean properly sealing which caused the problem. They have charged me for that about 250 CHF. The problem soon repeated and I went back to them. This time they told me I probably do not use closing button properly. I went for the third time with all videos that I make everything correct, but I had to leave with nothing from them. Then I went to another Skoda dealer, which I used for years (in another country). They recognized the problem and fixed it as warranty issue (it was problem with limit switch). I cannot recommend J.H. Keller.

To be avoided at all costs. Tires were not correctly fitted after switching from winter to summer tires, which basically could have put us in real danger. After this incident, we gave them a final chance to do some work. They initially quoted 900CHF but then called to say it looked like it could cost many thousands and probably more than the car was worth. They advised us not to bother and to junk the car. We then took it to an excellent Mitsubishi garage in Brunnen. They fixed it for 500CHF and nearly a year later, the car is still running perfectly. I share my feedback here so that other lives are not put at risk from their shoddy workmanship. I see from reading the reviews here that we are not the first to have this issue with tire changes.
