Awesome service. There were a few people waiting and right away some more sales people came from somewhere so we wouldn't have to wait too long, and I think even the boss came and started assisting with the customers to save people's time. Top class pharmacy in top class area of Zürich. I had called a number of pharmacies in Zurich and only this place had what I was looking for without having to order it ahead of time.

I had a cold and the attendant recommended a saline nose spray. Afterwards, I went to Migros and found the exact same thing for 1/3 of the price! When I came back the next day to return the item, they refused to take it because it was \medicine.\ Saline nose spray does not have any medication in it. Very unprofessional and overpriced

Massiv überteuerte Preise! Ceres Tropfen die sonst überall für CHF 25 zu haben sind verlangt die Apotheke CHF 35 und die Antwort auf meine Rückfrage; andere Lieferantenpreise! Dabei ist Ceres ein Schweizer Lieferant aus der Ostschweiz

Netter Service aber die Preise sind die absolute Abzocke - ein Desinfektionsmittel Éthanol 500ml für 36 CHF!! In der Krise damit Geld zu machen ist einfach nur traurig.
