Good new skimodels and professional service on pickup. Big minus - waited 1h 20 min to give the rental skis back. When i asked if its possible to reduce the waiting times for rental return only, i was told its not possible (in my experience other rentals have a separate ski return queue). Update: i contacted the owner and was told my customer account is blocked until i remove this review.

Great store with lots of choice, very competent service dedicated to finding the right equipment for customers even if that might take a minute

Were looking for books on climbing routes and didn't find them at once in the small shop. But the friendly personnel helped with that. The selection is small, but they had what I was looking for. Metered parking is directly in front of the store.

I was served by a very competent & friendly employee and also most definitely the fastest I ever rented ski touring equipment.

Went thete for the \Umtaschaktion\ and was a little disappointed by the clothing selection they have. In fact, the clothing section is tiny. Basically one rack for jackets, trousers and t-shirts each. This being said, the skiing section is decent and the guys know what they are talking a out.

Awesome specialized store on mountain sports. I rented here the equipment for Snowshoeing and everything was state of the art. They sell all types of technical gear for the outdoors and the owners are knowledgeable and friendly.

Independent shop specialising in backcountry skiing, climbing and mountaineering gear. There are often special offers which are good value for money. Normally I would fully support stores like this, but unfortunately they've lost my as a customer due to a nasty trick they played on my. I bought a pair of large gaiters. At least the big label from the shop said \large\, but in fact they were small. I only discovered when I inspected the packaging again after a first tour, where I was wondering why the gaiters were such a tight fit. Although their label was wrong, the shop refused to exchange the gaiters, because they were already used once. Greedy and a lack of basic customer care principles.

Nice place for skiing and climbing equipment. You will not find regular piste skiis/boots here, they focus on freeride.
