Not a lot of collections but that is expected from an outlet. Has essentially the stuff that you might need but not a great place if you are too picky. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Awesome shop tucked behind Stauffacher. Great selection for a reasonablly small store, with many specials! Their shoe selection is small, but it has all the neccearies. Actually quitr amazing what can all fit in the store!
Worst company I have ever encountered in Switzerland. No customer service, no answer to email, worst ecommerce web site, bad designed system.
Probably the largest department store in Switzerland. Merchandise are on the more expensive side (eg most men's shoes \u003e80CHF), but the staff that helped me were lovely and knowledgeable.

Ich habe online einen Artikel bestellt, welcher mir leider nicht passte. Der Rücksendeprozess ist sehr langwierig und kompiziert, zudem werden die bereits angefallenen Versandkosten von der Firma nicht zurückerstattet. Anschliessend wurde der externen Verrechnungsfirma die Retoure von Sherpa nicht gemeldet. So habe ich nun eine Rechnung von CHF 33.15 erhalten für einen Artikel, der mir keine CHF 50.- gekostet hätte, wenn ich ihn behalten hätte. Ist das in der heutigen Zeit mit sovielen Versandhandeln, welche meist beide Portos übernehmen, möglich?
