I love this place, the assistants are very nice, friendly and speak English. The Dr. Charpidau was my gynecologist during all my pregnancy and everything was great, actually she is my gynecology and I want to recommend this place because finally i feel happy with the service of all the team and I was lucky finding it only looking a gynecologist near to my house

Confidential information about other patients lying open to read on the desk. Difficult to get an appointment. No information given that expensive medicine given out is not covered by the health insurance. Important potentially life saving check ups forgotten.
I am going to this pracis for a year now and had all my pregnancy checks there. This praxis is not only super organized, reliable, and professional but the staff is increadible warm and thoughtful. I was both with Dr. Charpidou and Dr. Schrack amd they are both very knowledgeable and experienced yet humble and would send you for a second opinion if they aren't sure (e.g. for my big prenatal check where not all baby organs were clearly visible by ultrasound). Due to my low blood pressure I fainted in the praxis in front of my 5 year old son and the staff took amazingly calm care of both me and my son so he wouldn’t have a traumatic experience. And it did appear very traumatic indeed! I read some negative comments and I don’t understand it at all, I have never faced any of it (unfriendly staff, not responsive, hard to get appointments, unprofessional treatment and so on - quite the opposite!). I always got the appointment very quickly and waiting time is nearly not existing.
I could not recommend this place! Especially Frau Kammerer, who is not interested in patient's problems. Also staff is unfriendly and did not help when I just need copies of all my tests....of course I switched to another doc.
Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Praxis! Beide MPAs SEHR kompetent & freundlich!! Frau Dr. Charpidou eine sehr liebevolle, kompetente, einfühlsame & herzliche Ärztin mit der man auch spassen kann! Diese Praxis hat mich vor & während meiner ersten Schwangerschaft begleitet. Ich fühlte mich immer gut aufgehoben & ernst genommen! Herzlichen Dank Sihlgynpraxis
Rezeptionistin ist unfreundlich und frech. Die Ärztin macht unangenehme Witze während der Behandlung. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus. Würde ich nicht empfehlen.
Soeben tel in Praxis, da starke Bauchschmerzen im Unterleib. MPA, Frau Obassi sagte mir, ich könne frühestens nächste Woche kommen, da nur 1 Ärztin da sei. Sie haben KEINE Notfallplätze für Patienten. Was für eine lausige und patientenunfreundliche Praxis.
Ich bin Patientin bei Dr. Schrack und war bisher bei jedem Besuch total zufrieden. Die Empfangsdame ist stets sehr freundlich. Schön ist, dass man hier nicht ewig für einen Termin warten muss! Auch die Behandlungen waren bisher ohne lange Wartezeiten. Die medizinischen Infos von Dr. Schrack sind immer strukturiert und klar formuliert - und meinen Bedürfnissen perfekt angepasst. Die Praxis würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, jederzeit wieder!
