Great choice of bicycle parts, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Very very unfprofessional! Can not recommand this shop at all avoid this shop! Ordered a \follow me\ a week ago with installation. Their phone is not working finally they send me an sms that they do not have the right adapter. The knew exactly which bike models I was bringing in. Total time loss. Now I have do drive back into town and pick my bikes up without \follow me\ and can not go on the bike trips I planned with my daughter over Eastern! Who compensates me for my time loss! Update: Maybe it was murphys law that day. Finally they installed everything fine and we found a commercial solution I am happy with! The chief mecanic seemed to be a very reasonable person.
Great place, you can buy affordable parts and use the tools provided by the shop to do the repair yourself.
You can never reach them on phone. They were not also interested to sell me a bike or invest a few more minutes for my questions
Very helpful staff. They do not try to sell the most expensive but the most suitable for your needs. They also have a small workshop downstairs to repair your bike yourself. Very handy. had a broken pedal..bought new and mounted it myself on the spot.
The service is very nice! Last night, when I came back home, there is a puncture with my inner tire. My friend introduced my this store. Today, I came here for help. The people are very warm-hearted and told me I can use their repair tools free like tire stick, bicycle pump. In a word, if I meet trouble with my bicycle next time, I will come here----nice store, nice people!
Superb place! They saved my touring trip across Switzerland when I double threaded my pedal and had to find a place to fix it, on a Monday, which is bike shop holiday in Zurich. The place was recommended by local cyclists so went there and, even when the mechanic had never done the fix before, he gave it a go and fixed my pedal. To make it even better, the charge was very reasonable (not a common thing in Zurich). Many thanks again.
