Been here multiple times to have watches fixed and they've always been great. Highly recommend them. They also carry some really nice watch brands that aren't the same you see everywhere else.

A part of a used wristband broke right after purchase (which can always happen). Speedy replacement without additional costs nor discussions. Very pleasantly surprised.
I asked them to regulate my Omega De Ville, which should take about 15 minutes. They told me they'll look into it the next day, but I didn't hear back for over a week, and when I finally called, they said the watch was ready for days, waiting for me to be picked up. But it gets better: They managed to scratch the case! They claimed that the scratch in question was there all along, which I am 100% certain it was not. I showed the owner a recent photo of the watch, but he claimed that the scratch would not be visible in the pic.
I had issues with my former watch and I was looking for advice regarding a watch of a family member. Whether on the phone or on site in the shop - the stuff is super friendly, give specific answers and help you. They are really customer friendly and spot on.I definitely recommend this shop. They really deserve it.
