Generally really nice and competent employees, infos clear and quick, nothing to complain. Just one star less because of high rent - but seems to be within normal range in Zurich.

They are extremely negligent if their customer has a problem (not sufficient heating in the flat, aesthetic problems in the flat where I was the first tenant). On the other hand, they are extremely thorough, when it is in their interest. I received bills for the smallest problems, when I gave back the flat. In my opinion, you shouldn't try to do the final cleaning, before the apartment handover, yourself, as at the end they will find at least some fingerprints that are not acceptable according to their swiss standards and will charge you hefty money for the cleaning anyway. Gabriela Präsent tried to trick me with the final bill, as she charged MWST for the cleaning service for which I didn't receive a receipt, so the cleaning perhaps didn't happen at all... She also tried to charge me for the reparation cost of 1 problem twice. At the end, I managed to convince her, that these tricks were not so good ideas. :-D I recommend, that when you leave, you you insist on indicating on the apartment handover document, that the final cleaning and reparation works should be verified by receipts, otherwise you are not covering these costs.

Bis noch neulich habe ich telefonisch immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Jedoch hatte vor einigen Wochen ein sehr unangenehmes Gepräch mit Herr ***vski. Das Gespräch verlief sehr unkompetent und unprofessionell. Jemand der das Telefon bedient,sollte die wichtigsten Grundregeln der Kommunikation am Telefon kennen. Zudem sagte mir Ihre Tonlage sehr viel aus! So etwas ist ein NO GO! 1.Lässt niemanden ausreden. 2.Konnte meine Fragen überhaupt nicht beantworten 3.Wie schon erwähnt, sollte man professionell bleiben und nicht agressiv (schnippisch) werden.
