Strongly advise against going to this place, unless you want to be permanently traumatized for the rest of your life. Especially would not recommend gynecology! Such a disrespect, lack of competence and prejudices. Some people do not deserve to call themselves doctors, despite the education and degree. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

Our experience with Ärztezentrum Oerlikon and specifically with Dr. Rössler has been great. We got a strong endorsement for Dr. Rössler from our neighbours when our daughter was born and I’m still so grateful for this referral. Dr. Rössler is knowledgeable, sharp-eyed, has a calm swift demeanour which makes examinations when my child is sick as well as vaccinations smooth and so gentle on a child, and is very good at explaining things. Even though we moved from Oerlikon over two years ago and are now living in Seefeld, we kept Dr. Rössler as our daughter’s paediatrician despite the inconvenience of commute for appointments. He is simply the best doctor I have ever encountered.

Came in for a Covid test, ended up costing 600 chf for a blood sample Covid test. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. Response : No, I'm not going to contact you again because you will charge me 50chf for making a phone call.

Unfortunately, I may not recommend this place for a baby. I didn't feel to be treated seriously here. Every time when my 2 months old daughter had a diarrhea we cannot get appointment with our pediatrician because he was always full. We were sent to emergency doctor who didn't know the history of my child and gave a random diagnosis. Additionally, when my baby was 3 months old she stopped eating, had huge diarrhea and didn't gain on weight. We contacted two times Arztzentrum Oerlikon and always appointment wasn't available. They told us to sent them email with symptoms and we got after two days a message back with suggestion that my baby forgot how to eat on the breast. Fortunately, we changed pediatrician and baby was diagnosed with allergy. Now she is happy, eats normally, doesn't have diarrhea.

They have the most caring and friendly staff I have ever seen. Went there without appointment and they took care right away. Literally each single nurse that passed by asked if she could bring some water, if I would like to lay down, they brought me a cold towel... Highly recommended!

Quite happy so far! Appointment could be arranged for the next day, waiting time for the 3 times I was there was 10 min. Competent doctor, lab technicians and assistants. But I have the feeling that you have to speak up when they recommend doing all sorts of tests and ask which ones are really necessary. It's your decision in the end!
